Background

After receiving a Master’s Degree in education from the University of Florida, Margaret Krause (owner) pursued a diverse career path in both the educational and real estate settings. She obtained a real estate license in Florida in 2004, where she consulted with real estate clients and worked in a family construction business designing and selling new homes. This is when Margaret realized her passion for style and design. “I love the process of taking a space, envisioning the finished product in my mind, and creating it! Putting all of the pieces together and seeing a phenomenal finished product is my ultimate gratification,” says Margaret. Since the beginning of her career in real estate/styling, she has designed new homes and existing homes for resale with great success. She has a strong knowledge of the real estate market and the current trends, and has the experience necessary to maximize the dollar amount earned for your home.
