Home Staging / Styling Consultation

At "A Dressed Up Nest" we will provide a comprehensive evaluation of your home from the curbside to the back fence. This will allow us to create a checklist of suggested enhancements that will create the perfect environment for selling or for your personal enjoyment.

From a new paint palette to key updates or changes, a professional evaluation will begin the process of creating a well prepared home.

This consultation typically requires 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete. Within 24-48 hours you will be provided with a list of general staging tips, customized tools to help you accomplish a "perfect stage", and showing instructions specifically tailored to your home.

Initial Consultation Fee: $199

Hands-on Staging/Styling

After the initial consultation, if you decide you need help accomplishing the enhancements we suggest, our seasoned staff will work efficiently to stage/style your home. Often, this consists only of some furniture rearrangement, accessory placement, and decluttering. If your home is in need of a little more attention (or a lot), we work only with the most qualified professionals in the industry to provide services such as landscaping, carpentry, painting, flooring services, etc…

We also have wonderful resources for furniture/prop rental at discounted prices. All services are guaranteed to be at the most reasonable cost possible. Our goal is to enhance your home with as little “out of pocket” as possible. After all, we would ultimately like you to gain the maximum return on one of the most important investments of your life, your home.

Staging/Styling Fee: case dependent (ranging from $250+ depending on scope of project)

New Construction Styling

Are you in need of a professional to help you select the key elements for your new home under construction? We are EXPERIENCED in helping you to select elements such as flooring, cabinets, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, paint color, wall finishes, and much more. We know the importance of working within contractors’ budget allowances, and the importance of selecting these elements in a timely manner to ensure the construction process runs smoothly. Our resources are some of the best in the industry. We will also be happy to use vendor resources recommended by your contractor.

Styling Fee: $50-$100/hr

Model Home Staging

We love to help builders style model homes that will maximize their potential earnings and close sales! A model home must be brought to life through creating an environment that is warm and inviting, that allows home buyers to envision their ideal lifestyle. At “A Dressed Up Nest”, we are passionate about creating these types of spaces. Our team is skilled in creating partnerships with home builders in designing interiors for home owners and staging residential properties. Let us share our expertise with you!

Personal Shopping for Your Nest

We love to add those finishing touches that create personality for your home. If you need help accessorizing your nest- call us! We have endless resources for home accessories at reasonable prices. Allow us to assess your needs and shop for you. You are never obligated to purchase accessories we choose. Try them and see if you like them! If you have a busy schedule and little time to shop around, we will do it all for you. Our promise is to “dress your nest” impeccably!

Consultation Fee: $75
Hourly Rate for Personal Shopping: $50 + merchandise cost
